The following return and cancellation policy is applicable to all the items on wholeleaves.in.

Cancellation Policy


ï‚· You can cancel your order at any stage until it is shipped.
Once shipped, you need to wait for the order to be delivered to you, after which you can initiate its return and claim a refund. For details, see the return policy.

Return Policy


An item is eligible for return within 15 days of receiving in any of the following cases:
o It was damaged when delivered
o It is different from what you had ordered
o You no more need it
o You have any other reason of dissatisfaction
2. For the return to be processed successfully, ensure that the item and its packaging is not tampered. It has the price tags intact, as delivered to you.
3. The mode of refund will be the same you used for making the payment.

Shipping Policy

  1. HOW DO YOU SHIP THE PRODUCTS?
    The products are shipped via our recognized logistic partners, from our warehouse.

  2. WITHIN HOW MUCH TIME OF PLACING AN ORDER, IS IT DISPATCHED?
    Orders are usually processed & dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order. A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping.  For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

  3. HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO GET DELIVERED?
    We deliver your order within 2-3 working days post-dispatch in Metro cities. For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 2-5 business days. Deliveries to remote locations such as North East, Uttarakhand, and Jammu and Kashmir may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location, geographical constraints, and logistic challenges.
    Since, ground couriers take a little longer time than air couriers, delivery of ground-shipped orders take 5-7 days post-dispatch. We strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible. In case you have placed a mixed order, which consist of items to be dispatched from our warehouse and from our vendor’s warehouse, we sub-divide your order and dispatch it in parts, shipping the earliest available items first. At all steps of your order processing, we are in constant touch with you over phone and email to keep you updated.

  4. ARE THERE ANY DELIVERY CHARGES?
    Free shipping is available on orders over and above the value of Rs. 500. The orders below the value of Rs. 500 shall be charged with a shipping fee of Rs. 50. However, in certain cases, the shipping charges may vary and the same would be informed at the time of check out.

  5. ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES FOR AVAILING COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) FACILITY?
    Yes, we levy Rs. 49 on any order availing COD. This is the fee charged to us by our logistics partner and in order to be economically feasible, we have to pass this charge on to you.
